Four things to check before you book. We don't name or rank clinics.

Check the clinic is registered

Clinics that treat foreign patients should be on the official registry of the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (Medical Korea). Search by clinic name before you pay anything.

No VAT refund

The tourist VAT refund for cosmetic procedures covered services supplied up to December 31, 2025. It has ended. Don't book expecting one. Special Tax Treatment Control Act, Article 107-3.

Prices must be posted

Under the Medical Service Act, a clinic must post its fees for treatments not covered by insurance where patients can easily see them. It can't charge more than the posted amount. Article 45.

We don't take money from clinics or sell rankings.

Korean law bars paying or arranging to bring patients to a clinic for profit, with exceptions for foreign patients. Medical Service Act, Article 27(3).
