About
A spring flower festival run by Yeongdeungpo-gu on the cherry blossom road of Yeouiseo-ro, behind the National Assembly. In 2026 it also used the Han River bank around the National Assembly soccer field.
The 2026 festival ran from Apr 3 to 7 with the theme "Spring garden, together". It had four themed gardens: spring flowers, rest, art and food. Programs included a flower-walk parade on opening day (Apr 3 at 17:00) and a Black Eagles flyover on Apr 5 at 14:00. There were also photo zones, street performances and a cafe zone.
Culture events and food ran until 21:30. E-scooters and bikes were banned in the festival area.
Good to know
- The dates move from year to year. The 2026 festival was Apr 3–7. The 2025 festival ran until Apr 12. Check the dates before you plan.
- The 1.7 km stretch of Yeouiseo-ro behind the National Assembly was closed to cars from Apr 1 at 12:00 to Apr 8 at 14:00 in 2026. Plan to come on foot.
- For a quieter break, Yeouido Hangang Park is a few minutes' walk from Yeouiseo-ro.
