Entering Korea with a Russia passport

In short

Russia passport holders can stay visa-free for up to 60 days at a time and no more than 90 days in any 180 days.
You still need an approved K-ETA before boarding. Russia is not on the temporary exemption list.
Once your K-ETA is approved, you do not fill in an arrival card.

Korea has accepted an online arrival card (e-Arrival card) since 24 Feb 2025.
